Among other services Hourie Management Offshore (HMO) was providing Project Management Support Services to Main Contractors
In mega Projects, where the complexity of the Projects are such, (HMO)’s role is to assist and give full support to the Main Contractors from tendering phase till the completion and handing over of the Project.
To be able to do so, HMO’s main responsibilities within the Project Management team of the Main Contractor would be:
1- At tender Phase, HMO shall review and prepare the tender submission including the technical requirements and the commercial documents.
2- At Execution Phase, depending on the scope of its mission, HMO could be involved in the monitoring of the Work Progress of the Contractor and its Subcontractors, the control of the Project cost, and the over whole management of the contract documents without underestimating the compliance and full implementation of the Quality, Health and Safety Plans of the Project
3- At Completion, HMO shall ensure that the Project is well handed over in line with the contractual provisions of the Project, and to answer all concerns of the end users i.e. (Operator, Facility Manager or tenants...)
In summary (HMO) shall undertake to assure the Project’s execution within Budget and delivery time , as per the required Quality Works and to the international safety regulations standards.
